It is an Unstoppable Movement for Positive Change (UMPC), a Tsunami that will engulf our beloved South Africa in 3 waves; mobilizing  mobilize communities to take back control of their responsibilities in a peaceful, law-abiding, and responsible manner. For decades we have suffered the plight of distressed and dysfunctional local governance structures, and rather than talking about our problems and hoping someone will be held accountable (they won’t; not under the current electoral laws), we have taken the bit between our teeth and started to walk the talk. Because if we don’t, our children will suffer the consequences of the neglect of their parents (and that’s us, folks…).
