We, the GT421 CIP NPC, provide a comprehensive Project Training curriculum, consisting of 14 Modules (the first being a pre-course preparatory module) and 12 Quiz test.

The course can be presented entirely online (via Zoom), but in-person training can also be arranged if necessary (at a premium, of course…). Course fees are entirely negotiable, depending on the number of students that will be enrolled, with a starting point of R1,800 per person.

Your Trainer is a hardened, experienced and practicing Project/Program Management Specialist (also the CEO of GT421 CIP NPC), with a passion for sharing/transferring skills to anyone interested in learning how to run successful projects, at home or in business.

The curriculum is based on the Project Management Institute (American) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) and covers the fundamentals of the project management profession. It does not go into specialist areas, like Agile, Construction, etc. but focuses on the 9 knowledge areas of the PMBoK).
